Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for consumer disputes available

In accordance with Law no. 144/2015, we would like to inform you that, in the event of a dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body:

Consumers can also use an online dispute resolution (ODR) system, the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, which is responsible for resolving disputes relating to contractual obligations resulting from online sales or service contracts.
