With more than 10 years’ experience in the 2-wheel electric vehicle market, we have acquired enough know-how and machinery to guarantee an excellent workshop service.
We carry out multi-brand repairs on electric bikes. We only repair motorcycles, scooters and skateboards for the brands we sell.

CONDITIONS
– We reserve the right not to accept all models for various reasons.
– We do not repair or diagnose electric scooters.
– The amount charged for the diagnosis is only for a technical opinion, the repair is not included in this amount.
– The diagnosis is not binding and we do not guarantee that our technical opinion is 100% accurate
correct, it’s just an opinion based on more than 10 years of experience in the market. If the diagnosis is inconclusive, the amount will always be charged.
– We cannot be held responsible for any anomalies caused by our intervention on components or parts of components that have not been intervened on by us.
– Replacing/repairing a component can lead to other problems for which we cannot be held responsible.
– Battery cell calibration may not be effective and may not guarantee the proper functioning of the battery due to other faulty components.
– Any service requested by the client in excess of the quote will have to be submitted for a new quote.
– Once the customer has been contacted by Voltstore and informed that the product is ready for collection, the customer has a period of 15 days to collect it.
From the 16th day onwards, a parking fee of €2 per day will be charged. After 60 days, Voltstore reserves the right of ownership of the product that has not been picked up.
– All services are carried out in our store in Matosinhos, we do not travel. For collection or delivery to the customer’s address we use a carrier, the cost of which is paid by the customer and calculated on a case-by-case basis.
