ABOUT THE RENTAL
To rent an electric bicycle you do not need to have a driving license, but you must present an official identification document, indicate the location where you are staying and be at least 16 years old. Signing a liability waiver is required. Taking care of the bicycle is the customer’s responsibility and all costs related to fines, loss, theft or any damage to the bicycle will be charged.
At the time of rental, a deposit of €400 will be requested by card or cash, amount to be returned at the end of the rental, only if the vehicle is in the condition in which it was delivered. If the vehicle is damaged, the repair will be deducted from the deposit amount.
Two different insurances are included in the rental price.
– Personal accident insurance (driver)
– Civil liability insurance (third parties).
The bicycles are not insured, so taking care of them is the customer’s responsibility.

We have an assistance service in case you have a problem with your bike, such as a flat tire or a broken chain.
This service is only available within a 10 km radius of our store and only operates during our opening hours.
The service of going to the location has a cost of €20 + the cost of the repair

If you have a problem, such as a flat tire, a motorcycle malfunction or an accident, you can call a tow truck, which is included in the insurance. If you have an accident with another car or motorbike through no fault of your own, the other vehicle’s insurance will cover the repair costs, if you damage something on the motorbike through your fault you will have to bear the repair costs.
